At Impact Hub Waikato, we believe that the world’s greatest challenges will never be solved by one person or organization alone. We need to work together. That’s why we set out to create a thriving innovation ecosystem where people collaborate across organizations, cultures and generations to solve the grand challenges of our time #SDG.

History

Impact Hub Waikato is New Zealand’s first Impact Hub! In 2017 the team of Co-Founders began working behind the scenes to turn Impact Hub Waikato from a dream into a reality. We became a member of the Impact Hub Association in April 2019.

Impact Hub is a globally connected network of change makers, currently operating in 5 continents, with more than 100 Impact Hubs having more than 16,000 global members. As a part of a global network of entrepreneurial communities for impact, we will be home to the innovators, the visionaries and the entrepreneurs who are creating tangible solutions to the pressing issues of the Waikato.

Part business incubator and part innovation lab, we offer our local members unique opportunities to collaborate, seek resources, and gain inspiration.
